Privatization exists exclusively to serve shareholder profits. Therefore, the system is inherently capitalist, and public systems do not tend to exclude people in any way. Because public systems are designed to serve the common good without profit extraction nor a profit motive in any way, such systems are less likely to be identified as “hateful.”
