Screen Time Management

Unfortunately, I actively struggle to manage my screen time, especially since i often find myself guilty on Instagram and other social media platforms, making me frequently believe that i am a “lesser” person because I “fail” to know people from outside my local community that I fear that “everybody else” gets to know at some point. I have identified consolation in missing chances to be invited to events at rival schools and districts in the past, as well as missing opportunities to network with other people even out of state. However, whenever i am strictly focusing on novaTopFlex, geoTopFlex, and/or futoTopFlex contents, I often find ease of access to time management skills and resources (as applicable) specifically because of my ability to focus on the YouTube channel contents in particular.
