novaTopFlex is advocating viewers from the Richmond area, particularly the east side of the region, to act quickly. Suburbanization is a crisis, particularly regarding the boundaries of New Kent County, since the area was not intended for significant nor large-scale development in the first place! Modern New Kent County is intended to be rural, as with the modern boundaries of Charles City County to the south.
Also, the novaTop QGIS Project is currently interested in OpenStreetMap contributors from the following regions in the surrounding area:
- Richmond
- Williamsburg
- Hampton Roads (inc. Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and surrounding areas, plus regions north of the James River and south into North Carolina)
