WordCamp Montclair is located within Montclair, near Newark, Essex County, New Jersey, in the United States of America. Though the community may not host the largest WordCamp, proximity to New York City results in a particularly diverse audience, even in spite of the politicized discussions of values. Even though Montclair is in New Jersey, the community is often more productive than suburban areas within New York and Pennsylvania often are. Within the community proper, the Van Vleck House & Gardens, the Montclair Art Museum, and the Montclair History Center are notable attractions.
