The hotel recommendations for novaTopFlex often include, though are not necessarily limited to, specific recommendations that intend to support local values against corporate encroachment that has largely impacted such historic areas and communities by way of the bulldozer.

In an effort to support the local communities even in distant locations in travels, and also in an effort to support human civilization and mutual aid over corporate dominance, novaTopFlex recommends focusing the research on local hotels, inns, and suites, to the extent that such locations exist. For places to stay, the chain hotels are effectively corporate places to stay and are often more likely to be booked to capacity by long-distance travelers.
