Preamble
When novaTopFlex is featured in pictures with any other person or group of people, this is usually an obligation of contact. If novaTopFlex is not featured in a certain photo or group of photos, then the contact obligations do not exist and the true connection remains clearly available as such.
Introduction
novaTopFlex has often been provided with a number of clear and distinct obligations, including, but not limited to, research obligations on the Three Identities of novaTopFlex, geoTopFlex, and futoTopFlex. Wherever photography is allowed, the consent and consensus policies shall overlap, and all pictures require consent, especially in the “intimate” category as defined by novaTopFlex as containing six (6) or fewer people. When featured in photos at a larger scale, the consent heuristic becomes impossible to maintain, so such photos shall be assumed communal rather than private. Even friendships can be identified as private at the closest levels, and labels do not matter when taking these pictures.
The Photographic Identity of novaTopFlex
For novaTopFlex to be featured in photos with other people, the Three Identities must personally know the individual(s) in question or, if not, possibly the communities in question if the people are not the focus on behalf of a deceased individual, historic figure, historic site, or historical park area. When none of the above are the case, then novaTopFlex has performed a breach of the obligatory social contract that defines each of the Three Identities alike.
