Introduction
Following the bitterly cold temperatures associated with the end of January throughout much of North America, the month of February is identified as somewhat warmer in comparison, resulting in the belief that temperature is a relative, rather than an absolute, construct.
Context
Following the subzero temperatures experienced in the Greater Cincinnati area and much of the Midwestern United States where novaTopFlex is based, the temperature rebound has been quite dramatic even if the temperatures remain as wintry as expected. With temperatures up to the freezing mark, going outside might feel safer than previously, though exposed skin remains as significant a risk as always. Not just is the snow an automatic risk, but the rain may also represent risk under similar circumstances in heavier amounts.
